* Strong understanding of Australian OHS legislation and workers' compensation processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
* Practical, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach to workplace safety.

Why This Role is Exciting

* Competitive salary package and benefits.
* Be part of a supportive and collaborative team culture.
* Lead impactful safety initiatives and directly contribute to a safer workplace.
* Real career development opportunities within a growing business.

If you are passionate about safety and want to be part of a company that values its people, this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level.
