We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Agency Account Manager.
This role will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with media and creative agencies to drive revenue growth across our out-of-home advertising portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify agency needs and present tailored advertising solutions powered by data insights to meet and exceed individual revenue targets.
* Develop a deep understanding of agency structures, client portfolios, and campaign objectives to deliver strategic advertising solutions aligned with client goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency contacts through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales process to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in media sales, preferably involving agency partnerships, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
They will also possess strong knowledge of the advertising landscape, including out-of-home (OOH) media, and be skilled in interpreting and applying data insights to inform advertising strategies.
Able to work autonomously while contributing to overall team goals, the successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
