$31.77 per hour Full Time

The Opportunity
As an integral part of the team your duties will include assisting with the Facilities maintenance across Village Roadshow Studios.
Your Day To Day
* Assist with various rebuilds and repairs
* Follow workshop procedures and maintain the workplace in a clean and organised manner to ensure a safe working environment
* Assist and facilitate general day to day maintenance requirements
* Be able to liaise in a professional manner
* Ability to use a tablet-based CMMS, this includes scheduled work, preventative maintenance, defect reporting and follow up communications.
* Ability to perform basic painting, plumbing, carpentry, gardening and general maintenance repairs involving buildings, furniture and flooring
* Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent service and to promote a positive working environment
* Ability to adhere to maintenance task instructions as set out
* Be able to assist in breakdowns and out of hours works when required.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in a trades related role
* Elevated Work Platform licence and Forklift licence advantageous
* Basic electrical safety awareness and understanding an advantage
* Ability to work at heights
* A manual driver's licence is essential
* Ability to maintain confidential information is essential
* Able to work independently/unsupervised and also in a team environment
* Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
