Chef de Partie - Diggies North Beach
We are a family owned and operated beachfront venue, and we pride ourselves on our quality food and drinks, made using fresh local ingredients. We are open 7 days a week, offering breakfast and lunch everyday, with dinner service and functions throughout the summer months.
We are looking on the hunt for a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef, who above all else, is passionate about food!
What are we looking for?
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure – we are a high-volume venue
- Show excellent attention to detail and produce consistent, high-quality dishes
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability
- Be creative, organised, and efficient
- Ability to maintain our high cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work weekends & public holidays as required by operating hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
