Job Description: Executive Assistant & Recruitment Specialist
VA RATE : 8-9$ AUD per hour
FULL TIME, DAYSHIFT
Purpose of Role The position is responsible for providing a range of timely and accurate administrative and executive support. This position is responsible for supporting the client to help him stay organized and complete tasks that allow him to focus on more advanced responsibilities. The role will also cover some of the recruitment tasks within the business.
Duties And Responsibilities Administrative
* Admin tasks like handling paperwork
* Creating power point presentations
* Report writing
* File management
* Assisting with proposals/tenders
* Ordering equipment
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Fleet servicing and other administration
* Manage spreadsheets and budgets
* Organizing events like Christmas parties
* Updating financial reports for projects
* Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
* Answers emails in a timely manner
* Create and maintain filing systems
* Respond to service enquiries and requests
* Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders, services users, families, staff and advocates
Recruitment
* Sourcing personnel and maintaining candidate database
* Screen incoming resumes and application forms
* Laise with candidates as required
* Provide shortlists of qualified candidates for engagements, proposals and tenders
* Arrange interviews and reference checks
* Modifying resumes for Company format and to meet specific role requirements
* Assist with on boarding
Job Qualifications
* Must have a relevant experience in Administrative and Executive Support
* Background on Recruitment including sourcing candidates and screening and preparing resumes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Great attention to details
* Highly organized and can manage deadlines
* Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes
* Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
* Good report writing and wordsmithing skills
* Background on minute taking
* Tech Savvy
* Experience working in a construction business in AU or NZ
