Aquatic Team Leader
Seeking an exceptional leader to oversee aquatic facility operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are maintained.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills, with previous experience supervising others in a large aquatic or similar leisure facility. They must hold relevant certifications including Aquatic Technical Operations Certificate (WA), LIWA Accreditation, Pool Lifeguard Certificate, up-to-date First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
* An intimate knowledge of aquatic facility operation is essential.
* Strong ability to set priorities, manage time effectively and coordinate resources while monitoring performance metrics.
