* Contributing to program reporting, risk escalation, and document drafting.
* Supporting the Program Manager in developing work schedules, terms of reference, and operating procedures.
* Maintaining stakeholder relationships and supporting capability development for new staff.
* Managing conflict of interest registers and providing governance advice.

The FAD Program is dedicated to implementing legislative amendments to the Commonwealth Funding and Disclosure Scheme under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918.

Key Requirements

* Mandatory Criteria:
* Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve program outcomes.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven work ethic.
* Strong document preparation and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to change.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with project management tools.
* Desirable Criteria:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in program administration or project coordination, preferably in a government context.

Additional Requirements

* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check Certificate and Baseline Clearance.
* Australian Citizenship.
* Commitment to maintaining impartiality.
* Compliance with WHS policies; suppliers responsible for personalised WHS equipment.
* Based in Canberra, with flexible working arrangements (combination of onsite at the National Office and remote work) considered.
