Government Advisory Litigation Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our well-regarded Government Advisory team. This role will work within a high-performing practice undertaking merits review for a Commonwealth Government agency.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Finalising litigation strategies and statements of issues
* Conducting directions hearings and case conferences
* Managing substantive hearings
* Solicitor advocacy at hearings and finalising briefs to Counsel
* Undertaking complex statutory interpretation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 5+ years post qualification experience, ideally with experience in government advisory work and litigation
* Strong solicitor advocacy experience and expertise
* Experience mentoring team members with excellent communication skills and a collegiate approach
