CHC Helicopter is a leader in providing helicopter support to offshore energy, search & rescue, government, and maintenance services through its Heli-One division. For over 75 years, we have delivered safe, reliable, and cost-effective helicopter services in challenging environments worldwide, driven by our commitment to safety and quality.
We invite a bright and enthusiastic candidate to join our Supply Chain Department at our Karratha base for a fixed-term full-time appointment up to 30th June 2026. Reporting to the Stores and Inventory Supervisor, the Stores Person will accurately manage all warehouse supply movements. Willingness to undertake domestic travel within Australia is required. The position is based in Karratha.
Key Responsibilities
1. Catalogue and label storage details, ensuring all goods conform with regulations and company policies.
2. Process and complete orders, including parts selection and issuance.
3. Manage the return of goods to stock.
4. Assist with binning and replenishing stock.
5. Participate in stock takes.
6. Update the AMOS system as needed.
7. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store area.
8. Contribute to CHC's safety standards, helping maintain our leadership position.
9. Assist at other locations with Stores and Inventory tasks as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
1. Organized and detail-oriented.
2. Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
3. Strong customer service skills.
4. 1-2 years of warehousing experience.
5. Computer literate.
6. Forklift license preferred.
7. AMOS experience desirable.
8. Dangerous goods and WHIMIS training advantageous.
