We have an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our Finance Strategic Projects & Enterprise Services team, based in Sydney. In this role you will shape and deliver the change strategy for key finance transformation initiatives, working alongside a highly engaged program team and senior stakeholders across the Stockland enterprise.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people are supported, informed and confident as we introduce new ways of working, processes and systems that help us create better places and experiences for our customers and our people.

Change Manager who enjoys bringing people on the journey. You combine structured change management expertise with a warm, collaborative style and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating complexity, you communicate clearly, and you enjoy turning strategy into practical, people‐centred outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Design and deliver the change management strategy aligned to the Finance Strategic Projects roadmap, ensuring it supports program objectives and outcomes.
* Partner with program leads, senior leaders and SMEs to understand impacts, build trust and design interventions that make change clear, manageable and sustainable.
* Lead communication and learning activities, including change narratives, communication plans, stakeholder forums, and training approaches that support smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
* Facilitate workshops and new ways of working, helping teams move confidently from current state to future state and embedding best practice across Finance and, where required, Enterprise Services.
* Monitor adoption and manage risks, tracking change readiness and success metrics, identifying resistance early, and working with leaders to remove barriers and build commitment.

You are passionate about helping people navigate change in a positive and practical way. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, from program teams through to senior leaders, and you are known for your ability to listen, simplify complexity and communicate with clarity.

Experience & Skills That Count
* Proven experience as a Change Manager delivering change across finance transformation or similarly complex business transformation programs.
* Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, including working with senior leaders and facilitating workshops, forums and presentations.
* Demonstrated experience in designing and executing change, communication and training plans that support successful adoption.
* Experience working within or alongside large, multi‐disciplinary program teams, with an understanding of project delivery environments.
* Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
