Overview
We're looking for a Customer Support Officer who's ready to roll up their sleeves and work alongside a passionate group of professionals who care deeply about what they do. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for technical support across hospitals, clinics, and community health sites, making sure our hardware runs smoothly so our healthcare teams can focus on what they do best: caring for others.

Where you'll be working
Digital Health Services - Gosford and Wyong Hospitals
What You'll Be Doing
* Working closely with ICT teams, health staff, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver great service
* Managing support tickets and troubleshooting hardware and software across multiple sites
* Educating users on digital tools like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and videoconferencing
* Supporting relocations, upgrades, and operational projects
* Participating in a 24/7 on-call roster
Qualifications
* Demonstrated knowledge of computer functions and strong computer operation skill.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot computer problems.
* Experience in the provision of end user support, including PCs, peripherals, printers, videoconferencing and nominated audio-visual devices, mobile devices.
