**What you will bring to the role**
- Experience in property liability and legal defence claims as well as full knowledge of GICOP protocols
- The ability to negotiate with stakeholders, investigate and resolve complex issues
- Your highly customer-centric approach, being their claims advocate
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to pass on your knowledge to mentor less experienced team members
