Responsibilities
* Lead coordination across your area to keep our work connected and moving forward
* Bring together services, teams and insights to create seamless support pathways
* Turn data into powerful stories that guide decisions and influence outcomes
* Fuel collaboration across agencies to strengthen integrated responses
Qualifications
* Minimum tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or a related discipline
* Current driver's licence valid for Victoria
* Sound understanding of the child and family service system in Victoria, including demonstrated knowledge of relevant government policies and legislation
