About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Plumber / Gas Fitter to join our growing team installing hydronic heating, cooling, and high‑efficiency hot water systems across Melbourne. If you take pride in quality workmanship and want long‑term career growth in a specialist field, this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Installing hydronic heating, cooling, and hot water systems in domestic and light commercial applications
* Working with heat pumps, Gas Boilers, radiators, underfloor heating/cooling systems, and mechanical plumbing
* Delivering clean, high‑quality installations
* Communicating clearly with clients and team members
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and safe work practices
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Reporting to: Director – Darren Pearce
Employment type: Full‑time
What We're Looking For
* Registered plumber and gas fitter
* Must hold current tradesperson level plumbing registration
* Australian work rights are essential for this position
* Experience in heating/cooling installations (hydronics preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to work independently and in a small team
