Love Recruitment International is supporting a premium, long-established health and fitness club in Sydney to appoint a Sales Manager to lead their membership growth and commercial performance. This is a rare opportunity for a UK-based fitness or leisure professional to relocate to Australia and join a respected, high-performing club with genuine progression into senior leadership.

You will be joining a well-established, premium facility with:

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the club's sales function and team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing two Membership Consultants
* Driving community, corporate and local partnerships
* Converting inbound enquiries alongside a central support team
* Coaching, mentoring and improving sales performance
* Managing monthly targets, KPIs and retention
* Delivering an exceptional new member experience
* Supporting wider commercial strategy with the General Manager
You will have real autonomy, accountability and visibility within the business.
About You
This role would suit someone currently working as:
* Senior Membership Consultant ready for leadership
You will bring
* Strong sales and conversion skills
* Experience leading or mentoring a team
* High energy and resilience
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A commercial mindset with ownership of targets
* Interest in relocating internationally
Fitness industry experience is preferred, but strong commercial leaders from retail, hospitality or service environments will also be considered.
