The Role
* You will lead and manage carpentry projects ensuring timely completion to high quality standards.
* You will supervise, mentor, and support qualified tradespeople and apprentices in their work.
* You will collaborate with our Wellbeing Coaching team to promote apprentice success.
* You will foster a strong Work, Health and Safety culture across all projects.
* You will provide effective leadership, mentoring, and training to in-house apprentices.
Your Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site foreman and/or Senior carpenter in residential construction.
* Mentoring and supporting trainees, labourers, or apprentices is desirable.
* Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations is essential.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are able to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines effectively.
* Willingness to undergo employee screening processes is mandatory.
