Description About the Role: As an Engineering Apprentice, you’ll be working hands-on with our experienced engineering crew, learning the ropes while supporting day-to-day operations across our facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade. You will: Assist in the maintenance and repair of winery machinery and equipment Develop skills in preventative maintenance, fault finding, fabrication and equipment installation Learn to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications Gain experience in welding, machining, fitting and other mechanical tasks Work collaboratively with a team that values safety, learning, and a bit of fun along the way! *Please note, this position will not commence until early 2026.
