We're looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to join our People & Performance team. Your role will ensure our hiring engine runs seamlessly—from candidate logistics and compliance to data and automation. As we scale globally, this position is essential to keep the hiring seamless, compliant, and operationally excellent while delivering a world‐class candidate experience.

About the Role

As a key member of the People & Performance team, you'll own the end‐to‐end operations of the hiring function. You'll work closely with Talent Partners, People Ops, and hiring leaders to keep the process smooth at scale. This role requires building structure in fast‐moving environments, optimizing processes, and creating leverage through automation.

What Your Day Will Look Like
* Own the end‐to‐end candidate experience and hiring operations, ensuring a seamless, high‐quality journey from initial engagement through onsite logistics and events. Manage candidate communication, coordinate travel, and support key hiring initiatives.
* Ensure compliance and audit readiness across the hiring lifecycle, covering immigration, background checks, and right‐to‐work requirements. Maintain accurate, up‐to‐date records to operate with rigour.
* Own our hiring process and data, maintaining ATS hygiene, providing reliable reporting, and translating data into actionable insights for workforce planning and risk assessment.
* Drive operational excellence at scale by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, implement automation, and use AI to increase efficiency. Manage our hiring tech stack and vendor relationships.
* Support and evolve core hiring programs, including referrals, employer brand touchpoints, and internal mobility. Build and maintain scalable hiring playbooks and governance frameworks to enable consistency and speed.

Who We're Looking For
* Experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, or People Operations.
* Strong experience with ATS systems (Ashby experience highly preferred).
* High attention to detail and a passion for data integrity and process quality.
* Experience managing compliance, immigration, or audit processes.
* Operational mindset focused on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment with evolving priorities.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.
