Job Role
* We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can deliver temporary and permanent staffing solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates.
2. Develop sourcing strategies to identify top talent in scientific, engineering or medical industries.
3. Prepare job advertisements and screen applicants to ensure the best fit for our clients' roles.
4. Provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
1. Strong interest in developing a career in sales/account management.
2. Industry experience in scientific, engineering or medical industries (tertiary qualifications highly regarded).
3. Previous recruitment experience, preferably in scientific/technical fields.
4. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
5. High level of motivation and a passion for delivering results-driven recruitment solutions.
6. Advanced computer literacy, with proficiency in MS applications.
