About the role We are looking for aSenior Cyber Security Consultantto lead high‐impact security outcomes across complex defence environments. The role sits within our Engineering & Sustainment Services capability and involves delivering end‐to‐end cyber‐security consulting and advisory services to internal programmes and external clients. You will operate at the intersection of technical excellence, advisory influence, and strategic delivery, working in a fast‐paced, demanding, and time‐sensitive environment.Key Responsibilities Cyber Advisory & DeliveryLead the delivery of high‐quality cyber and information security consulting services across internal programmes and external clients.Provide expert advice across:ICT security planning, architecture, design, and engineering.Security architecture for cloud environments (AWS / Azure).Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks.Conduct technical security assessments, assurance, and testing.Security Governance & RiskConduct security risk assessments, maturity assessments, and gap analyses.Design and implement Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001.Support assessment and authorisation activities, including IRAP‐aligned engagements.Stakeholder Engagement & Business ImpactLead client engagements across Defence and industry, building trusted relationships.Provide specialist cyber input into tenders, proposals, and project delivery.Support internal business units to uplift Saab's security posture and competitive positioning.Capability & Continuous ImprovementContribute to the evolution of Saab's cyber capability and service offerings.Drive continuous improvement across cyber practices, tools, and methodologies.Represent Saab in relevant industry forums and engagements.About You You are an experienced cyber security professional with a strong consulting mindset and the ability to operate across both technical and advisory domains.
