Role: Outbound Sales Consultant
Salary: $33 per hour
Location: Remote (must be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane)
Contract: 3–6 months with potential for extension

About the Role
We are partnering with a fantastic client who is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to join their team on a 3–6 month contract. You’ll connect with prospective customers, manage leads, and guide enquiries through to conversion using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and messaging
Qualify, prioritise, and manage leads through the pipeline
Schedule meetings and support customers through the decision-making process
Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to optimise engagement
Meet and exceed performance targets while applying feedback to improve results
Skills & Experience
Sales experience (customer service experience also considered)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
CRM proficiency and confidence managing leads
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Adaptable, cooperative, and comfortable working remotely
Customer-focused with a consultative approach
