About the Role
As part of the MAC Engineering NQ team, your responsibilities will include:
* Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of industrial port machinery and crane systems.
* Commissioning, servicing, and maintaining heavy machinery and lifting equipment.
* Performing in-depth preventative maintenance checks using the latest software to keep systems at peak performance.
* Responding to emergency breakdowns with calm, fast, and reliable solutions.
* Working both on-site and in our workshop, with occasional travel along the east coast.

What We're Looking For
* Trade qualified Fitter & Turner.
* Proven expertise in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and PLC systems.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and a talent for solving complex issues calmly and efficiently.
* A strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.
* Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a tight-knit team.
* Current or ability to obtain Work at Heights, Confined Space Entry, EWP, C-Class Driver's Licence, and Forklift licences.
* Ability to obtain an MISC licence.
