This is more than a sales role — you’ll be a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities, guiding clients, and collaborating closely with internal teams to influence packaging development.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within target industries (FMCG, food, personal care, pharma, etc.).Drive profitable sales growth through new business acquisition and account expansionCultivate long-term relationships with key clients to increase share of walletDevelop a strong understanding of our services and packaging solutions to tailor product strategiesKeep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to position our business effectivelyProvide regular reporting, forecasting, and updates to support strategic planningDeliver professional proposals and presentations to clientsExperience and BackgroundSales and business development experience, preferably in the plastic packaging industryKnowledge of thermoforming and/or blow moulding essentialExperience with packaging design and manufacturing for industries such as food, beverage, healthcare, personal care, or pharmaceuticals highly desirablePrevious success in a similar sales role within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors
