Junior Events & Admin Assistant Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Junior Events & Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with event coordination, marketing tasks, and general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with event planning, timelines, and vendor management.
* Support light marketing initiatives, including social media and content preparation.
* Provide administrative support to the events and sales teams.
Wedding Preparation:
* Organise room allocations and ensure guest accommodation is ready.
* Set up wedding spaces, including layout, décor, signage, and styling guidance.
* Place cutlery, crockery, glassware, and assist with venue presentation.
On-The-Day Coordination:
* Support the event lead throughout each wedding.
* Maintain a calm and positive presence for couples, families, and vendors.
Requirements:
* No formal experience necessary – we're looking for someone with the right attitude and skills.
* Reliable, organised, and eager to learn.
