As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our premium commercial and retail assets.
You will work closely with experienced leaders to deliver daily facilities operations and maintenance activities. Conduct regular site inspections for compliance, safety, presentation, and sustainability outcomes. Coordinate contractors and suppliers to provide seamless high-quality service. Manage work orders, quotations, and documentation according to industry standards.
You will also assist with activations, signage, and leasing setups to enhance the customer experience. Partner with teams to drive continual improvement across sites.
