About the Role
Nabea Day Spa at Hyatt Regency Sydney is a newly relaunched wellness destination dedicated to helping guests feel restored, balanced, and cared for. We are seeking skilled, warm, and professional Spa Therapists to join our growing team.In this role, you will deliver high-quality treatments in a peaceful, luxury spa environment while helping guests reconnect with their wellbeing. What You'll Do
* Provide a range of spa and massage treatments to a five-star standard
* Create a nurturing, calming, and professional experience for every guest
* Maintain treatment room setup, hygiene, and presentation
* Recommend suitable treatments and home-care products
* Support a peaceful, team-focused environment aligned with our wellness values
What We're Looking For
* Diploma-qualified therapist with 1+ year experience in a similar spa or wellness role
* Strong skills in Relaxation, Swedish, Hot Stone, Pregnancy, and Deep Tissue massage
* A passion for healing therapies, holistic wellness, and guest care
* Warm, professional communication and excellent customer service
* Skincare knowledge and understanding of various skin conditions
* Reliability, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence
