Hourly Rate: $28 – $30
We are seeking a motivated and professional Administration Assistant to join our team in Portland. This part‑time role offers a great opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential administrative support across our base and satellite clinics.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls and emails for multiple clinic locations
* Coordinate and action correspondence from GPs and third‑party organisations
* Schedule patient appointments across various locations and clinicians, including reminders and billing
* Organise equipment and supplies for podiatrists
* Provide administrative support to our Mt Gambier and Naracoorte teams
* Perform general cleaning duties, including treatment rooms, toilets, and common areas to maintain a clean and professional environment
About You
* Have strong time management and organisational skills
* Thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Present professionally with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Be capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative
* Be eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Hold a valid driver's licence (occasional travel to Mt Gambier for training required)
* Previous administration experience is highly regarded
