The Role: Bateau Bay | Casual | Care Service Employee
You will be responsible for:
* Assisting residents with personal care including showering
* Supporting residents with meals
* Contributing to care planning with registered staff
* Documenting care and services provided to residents
* Engaging residents in meaningful activities

* Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
* Experience in similar role in aged care
* A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
* Able to do night shifts
* Must have a full working rights
