* Support and lead the team in all aspects of the business, fostering growth and development.
* Lead by example, coaching and developing your team members to excel in their roles.
* Take ownership of product management within each department, driving sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading a team of up to 20 colleagues, providing guidance and support when needed.
* Managing high stock volume, optimizing inventory levels for maximum efficiency.
* Understanding sales trends, top sellers, and key performers, making informed decisions to drive success.
