HOBAN Recruitment are currently sourcing an experienced Coordinator (Road Signage and Delineation) to join our client, who is a State Government Agency. The Department plans, manage, and deliver Queensland's integrated transport environment to achieve sustainable transport solutions for road, rail, air, and sea.
As a Coordinator, you will investigate and respond to enquiries regarding road signage and line marking and develop business cases to enable the sign and line marking renewal program. This position is based in the Asset Management team with a robust focus on providing technical support to design, construction, and maintenance processes.
Located in Nerang, QLD
Up to 6-month duration, with the possibility of extension, pending performance and business requirements.
$52 per hour plus superannuation
About the role
Provide advice to support inform decision making on a range of policy, legislative, business, and related system issues relevant to road traffic signage and pavement marking.
Prepare or assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, briefing notes, and submissions.
Coordinate activities or projects.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with a network of key people internally and externally.
Assist with the management of projects.
About you
You must have a full working rights in Australia
Relevant industry experience in an engineering or technical environment, or an equivalent qualification.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task
