Centric is looking for a National Sales Manager (Institutional & Private Wealth) to help take our Specialised Private Capital offering to market for the first time.

Backed by 17 years of managed account experience, this is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible, hands-on role and grow alongside a business that's building something new. You'll work closely with investment, product and distribution teams, gain exposure across the full lifecycle of investment solutions, and play a real part in shaping how this new offering grows nationally.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who's ready to step up. Someone who's building strong industry relationships, loves talking investments, and wants to accelerate their career in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

More about the role

* Help drive national growth in Funds Under Management (FUM) by delivering a clear distribution strategy across private wealth, institutional and family office channels with the opportunity to help grow the distribution team as the business scales.
* Build and strengthen relationships with SMA asset managers, consultants, wholesale advisers and institutional investors.
* Represent and promote Specialised Private Capital investment solutions, sharing insights through client meetings, events, webinars and conferences.
* Act as a key connector between distribution, investment and product teams, supporting the development and launch of new solutions.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong client outcomes and long-term relationships.
* Partner with Marketing to build the Centric brand and support high-quality client and product materials, including IMs, PDSs and reporting.
* Stay curious and informed, keeping across investment offerings, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments.
* Support strong governance through compliance and consistent CRM usage.

What you'll bring

* A degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field (preferred).
* Experience in funds management, financial advisory, or investment sales, with a desire to continue growing in the space.
* Exposure to raising or supporting FUM growth across wholesale, institutional or advice channels.
* A solid understanding of investment products, markets and regulatory frameworks (AFSL, RG97, etc.), or a strong willingness to deepen this knowledge.
* The confidence to build relationships and the humility to keep learning.
* RG146 compliance (required); CFA or CFP considered a plus, not a prerequisite.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach, comfortable working independently but thriving in a team environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
