We are looking to strengthen our Customer Service Team with an enthusiastic, customer focused, self-motivated Customer Service Representative based in South Nowra.ResponsibilitiesIn a fast paced Business to Business workplace, you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, quotes, orders and deliveries.Professionally respond to all customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfactionHandle product, pricing and availability queries from customersProcess and manage quotes and ordersProvide pricing and delivery informationResolve customer requests, questions and determine best use of resourcesLiaise between customers, end-users, suppliers and area sales representativesLiaise with freight companiesQuotes follow upSkills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will be:Comfortable working in an agile and time critical environmentAble to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceProactive and organisedDetail orientatedResults oriented with a focus on providing great customer serviceHave excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersStrong technical aptitude and interestAble to problem solveStrong computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook), including experience with integrated business systemsAble to read architectural plans would be a plusExperience in the building/construction industry would be a plusAdditional InformationNote: Some content in the original posting relates to job insights and salary information.
