Charity Manager
This role supports our team in charities and NGOs. It involves daily tasks, division growth, and a full finance function for external clients.
* Support junior team members with daily tasks
* Evaluate staff training needs and ensure they are up-to-date
* Process information into the firm's systems and maintain accurate records
* Perform high-level calculations and journal entries
* Manage accruals, prepayments, and other financial transactions
* Analyze management accounting reports and advise clients on improvements
* Meet with clients to build positive relationships
* Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance
* Assist with fee proposals and client pitches
* Prepare budget, forecast, and analytical reports
* Support add-hoc advisory work and manage team workflow
* Review client WIP and monthly billings
* Optimize internal and external processes for efficiency and accuracy
* Track client deadlines and targets
* Oversee government reporting and grant acquittals
