This role will assist in a significant continuous improvement program. It is a critical role, key responsibilities include:Developing a long-term strategy and process within a dynamic environmentCreating standardisation for Planning and Scheduling across the National Maintenance teamDeveloping Planner Schedulers with diverse experiences and approachesEnsuring adequate maintenance strategies for aging infrastructure and equipmentEffective and efficient management of resources with budget constraintsEnsuring regional teams deliver the planning and scheduling programCollaborating with stakeholders to ensure a 'one team' approach to activities and processesManaging maintenance spend in line with budget in a variable throughput environmentAbout your experienceOur successful candidate will come to us with demonstrated experience leading large multi-skilled teams in an industrial setting and under EBA's.
