About the Role
Our Financial Asset Officers play an important role in the management of our client's assets and ensure investment strategies are implemented accordingly to maximise their financial potential. As part of the wider Professional Services group, you will administer and action on behalf of clients, in accordance with their financial plan. You will liaise with key people in the organisation to make this happen as well build and maintain strong relationships with external parties.
Skills & Experience
* Administrative experience in a finance or asset-related environment
* Understanding of basic accounting (double-entry) and account reconciliations
* A foundational knowledge of investments and their characteristics
* Clear, professional communication skill (verbal and written)
* Confidence preparing business correspondence and using MS Excel
* Strong attention to detail, systems skills, and a willingness to learn
Candidates who are studying and/or have completed a Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent as well as experience within financial asset environment would be highly desirable.
