**Your new role**
They are seeking an
** Account Coordinator** who takes pride in their work, is ready to take on the next challenge and thrive in a collaborative and fun environment.
You will assist in managing and executing public relations campaigns on behalf of their diverse range of clients.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Manage the day-to-day account responsibilities for their diverse portfolio of clients across travel, luxury lifestyle, health & wellbeing, beauty & fashion, food & beverage, automotive, tech, financial services & more.
- Develop and maintain effective newsworthy campaign ideas and PR strategies.
- Source, write and edit press materials for different communications channels including TV, print, radio, podcasts and online.
- Pitch and follow up press releases, alerts, and customised pitches to relevant journalists for high-level placements across the media across all media platforms.
- Take client briefs and act on them confidently and professionally with the team.
- Identifying potential stories and media targets, while establishing and coordinating interviews and following up media contacts.
- Identify, coordinate, and implement multiple high-profile influencers, celebrity talent and gifting campaigns.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with the media, influencers, thought leaders and stakeholders to ensure positive coverage for our clients.
- Deliver and manage client media monitoring, WIP reports, run-sheets, interview schedules and spokesperson briefings.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven expertise in communications, demonstrated ability to create and manage budgets, delegate assignments, supervise others, work with other practices and offices.
- Comfortably using Microsoft Office365 tools
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field/industry
- Relevant Degree Required
