About the Role
The Administration Support Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective management systems and processes, supporting governance and supplier meetings, and coordinating administrative activity across the function.
* Establish and maintain effective management systems and processes for the business unit, supporting governance and supplier meetings;
* Help teams with events and planning days, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, and meeting papers;
* Support and coordinate administrative activities such as system administration, invoice coding, updating SharePoint, and travel bookings;
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various teams within the organisation;
* Event Planning: Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and communication;
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity;
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive mindset;
* Ability to work across multiple teams with differing needs;
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn;
* Some experience in an admin role would be an advantage;
