Overview
We are seeking a Fresher/Junior Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills for a busy GP Clinic in Robina, which includes 5 Doctors, 1 Nurse, and onsite pathology.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
- Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
- Providing GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, courteous phone manner
- Compassionate and caring in nature
- Able to work from 7 AM - 2 PM
- A willingness to learn and display initiative
- Time management, ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Neat and qualified presentation
- Basic Computer Skills (We will train you to use Medical Directory software)
