About the Role

Position Summary: As part of our Sustainability Consulting team, the Sustainability Consultant will lead and contribute to client projects through a consulting delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with clients to develop sustainability, energy, GHG, and climate risk strategies across operations and value chains.
- Lead strategy development and implementation, including executive-level presentations, benchmarking, and goal setting.
- Manage multi-disciplinary projects, including planning, task delegation, and quality oversight of deliverables.
- Deliver workshops, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support implementation planning.
- Develop environmental inventories and reporting (GHG, energy, waste, water), including data analysis and platform deployment (e.g., Resource Advisor).
- Recommend strategies and models to support GHG reduction, energy efficiency, and renewable energy adoption (e.g., SBTi, Net Zero, RE100).
- Support supply chain decarbonization and sustainability performance through data transparency and strategic engagement (e.g., Scope 3, Circular Economy).

You will also:

- Maintain a thought-leadership position by tracking trends, risks, and best practices.
- Collaborate across Schneider Electric teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support capability building through coaching and training development.

About You

- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in sustainability, business, finance, engineering, or environmental management.
- Proven consulting experience with client-facing project delivery.
- Expertise in sustainability strategy, climate risk, GHG management, and supply chain decarbonization.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ISSB, GRI, SDGs, UNPRI, TCFD, TNFD, GRESB, SASB.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confident presenting to C-level and executive audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
