Role Overview
Relief Head Chef – East Hub (Sydney‐Based)
We're seeking a passionate, creative, and highly skilled Relief Head Chef to join our East Hub team and lead the culinary experience across our Care Communities. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives on variety, enjoys stepping into different environments, and takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
As a Relief Head Chef, you'll design and deliver high‐quality menus, lead kitchen operations, and ensure every meal reflects our commitment to fresh, nutritious, and beautifully presented food.
We are ideally looking for someone based in the Sydney region. The East Hub supports approximately 10 Care Communities across Sydney, with a small number located in the Wollongong area, so local availability and flexibility are essential.

What You'll Do
* Lead, mentor, and inspire our kitchen team to deliver nutritious and delicious meals every day.
* Design creative, seasonal menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance.
* Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and ordering efficiently.
* Create a dining experience that brings joy and enhances our residents' quality of life.
What You'll Need
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification.
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a leadership role.
* A passion for culinary excellence and a genuine desire to make a difference in aged care.
* Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
* Willingness to complete:
* Pre-employment medical
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
