We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our single‐site warehouse operation and play a critical role in supporting uninterrupted manufacturing and customer delivery. This is a hands‐on leadership role focused on operational excellence, safety, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
* Lead and develop a high‐performing warehouse team, fostering a strong safety and performance culture.
* Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
* Ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to manufacturing to avoid production downtime.
* Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and disciplined systems management.
* Optimise warehouse layout, workflows, systems and processes to improve efficiency and throughput.
* Track and report on key warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, DIFOT, safety and cycle times.
* Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales and After Sales teams to ensure smooth material flow and issue resolution.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain up‐to‐date SOPs and best‐practice standards.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience leading warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve operational targets.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation and problem‐solving skills.
* Experience using and optimising ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Knowledge of lean principles, 5S or continuous improvement methodologies.
* Relevant qualifications in warehouse operations, supply chain or business are desirable but not essential — equivalent experience is highly valued.
