Job Title: Customer Service Representative
This is a permanent role with an immediate start, offering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure the safe and timely loading, delivery and unloading of groceries to meet agreed delivery schedules. To guarantee a high standard of customer service by ensuring there is zero damage to customers' property. The utilization of 'sign on glass' technology for all deliveries is also essential.
