Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
The Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our audio division, where you will drive a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on content output, craft and growing the audience.
You will deliver training support, coaching and feedback across programming that includes talk, podcasts, music and sport.
You'll design and facilitate workshops as well as provide highly specialised feedback to presenters and producers on ways to improve the quality of content and presentation.
Liaising with heads of our networks, managers and content directors is also a key part of this role.
About You
To excel in this position, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience in delivering development, support, mentoring and training to audio content makers with a diversity of skills and backgrounds.
You will possess exceptional leadership, negotiation and communication skills with significant experience in planning and delivering innovative and original content across all platforms.
We're looking for a proactive, people-focused professional with a solid understanding of audio content and a talent for solving problems before they start.
