IT Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled IT support professional to join our team on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our Queensland operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing onsite desk-side support to customers
* Delivering support for Terminal Services, VMware, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure
* Performing a wide range of Level 1-3 support across multiple technologies
* Occasional project work to deploy solutions for customers
* Collaborating with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments
Requirements:
* Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal warmth
* Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory
* Good general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange
* Knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles
* Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP)
* Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
* Desirable experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion
