Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Planner/Estimator to coordinate production activities and ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in defence, mining, or manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
About the Role
This position combines production scheduling, estimating, procurement coordination, and technical support to align engineering and manufacturing outputs with customer expectations and internal performance standards. Key responsibilities include managing full project lifecycles from initiation to close, coordinating teams, resources, budgets, and timelines, maintaining communication with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met, and reporting on performance and project milestones.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' project management experience, background in defence, mining, or manufacturing, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera. Eligibility for AGSVA security clearance is also required, with Australian citizenship necessary for this role.
