Scientist Role
The successful applicant will work in a busy Toxicology Department. They will be part of a team, requiring enthusiasm and commitment to laboratory goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Sample receipt and processing for analysis
* Preparing samples for testing (screening and confirmatory)
* Operating and maintaining automated laboratory equipment
* Assisting the scientific staff
* Effective communication with customers
* General laboratory tasks
Our department requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills.
Essential Qualifications
* Medical Laboratory Science degree or relevant science degree
* Ability to work independently and co-operatively with others
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A current National Police Certificate
