We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our sales and property management teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales team with listings, agency agreements, and daily administrative tasks
* Assist the property management team with invoicing, payments, tenant/owner communications, and compliance processes
* Coordinate marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and property updates
* Maintain accurate records and systems to streamline office operations
* Be the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and tenants, ensuring professional communication
* Contribute to general office administration and process improvement initiatives

* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities across sales, PM, and marketing
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management systems, emails, portals, spreadsheets, and social media
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Customer-service focused, enjoying interactions with clients, tenants, and colleagues
* Previous real estate or property administration experience is beneficial but not essential
