Community Leadership Opportunity
This role involves leading activities that create an integrated and strategic approach to engagement with individuals, communities, and organizations.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically and oversee a wide range of projects, systems, and processes effectively lead staff and volunteers, build, and maintain positive relationships with all staff and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership, guidance, supervision, and support to team members.
* Identify, develop, and support effective community partnerships to grow services, meet community needs, and broaden reach and impact.
* Develop and implement a framework and related processes to support project identification, design, prioritization, and delivery in line with strategic plans.
* Contribute to the strategic and operational design and development of project and program models.
* Support team members to manage workload and wellbeing, ensure understanding of, and adherence to, organizational principles, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure projects and services have necessary policies, processes, systems, and supports in place to successfully meet contract, budget, and compliance requirements.
* In partnership with team members, identify, monitor, and support individual and team-based professional development and performance needs.
* Oversee relevant project, program, and service budgets, monitoring and reporting performance to meet external contracts and internal frameworks, policies, and procedures.
