The Opportunity
We are recruiting across multiple roles, offering diverse opportunities for candidates with experience in civil construction:
* Labourers – assisting with site preparation, material handling, and general duties.
* Pipelayers (stormwater and conduit) – installing and maintaining pipelines with accuracy and safety.
* Operators – operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, skidsteer, rollers and trucks.
* Concreters – pouring, finishing, and curing concrete for civil and structural works.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform tasks across different roles as required by project needs.
* Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and responsibly.
* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects efficiently.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.
* Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in civil construction or related fields preferred.
* White Card (Construction Induction) essential.
* Relevant tickets/licenses for operators and pipelayers highly regarded.
* Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
