Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for aPermanent Part-Time Community Registered Nurse to join our team, working three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) with the potential to transition to a Full-Time Permanent position in early 2025.

What You\'ll Do:
* Build Strong Connections : Meet with clients and their families to assess their healthcare needs and develop meaningful relationships.
* Tailored Care Plans : Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans.
* Nursing Care : Provide essential nursing services, including catheter care, wound care, clinical assessments, and palliative care.
* Client Support : Handle information requests, feedback, and general inquiries with professionalism and care.
* Accurate Documentation : Ensure all records are meticulously maintained in our databases and software programs.
What We\'re Looking For:
* Qualified Nurse : Nursing qualification and relevant experience.
* Excellent Communicator : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Organized and Reliable : Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
* Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using computers and software.
* Compliance Ready : Current or willing to obtain Australian National Police Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certificate.
* Driver\'s License : Full driver\'s license and a reliable, registered vehicle.
* AHPRA Registered : Current registration with AHPRA.
Preferred Skills:
* Aged Care and Disability Knowledge : Understanding of the aged care and disability systems.
* Leadership Experience : Demonstrated experience in supporting staff.
